Responsible for controlling all material movement and inventory. Under a minimum of supervision, basic functions are done on an independent basis. However, the associate is required to consult with the supervisor when questions or problems arise.
Job Details:
1. Associate is responsible to follow requirement of applicable national and international regulations.
2. Inventory control of all materials (retrieving and/or sending of material using computer system) to include accurate documentation. Manage materials across departments.
3. Open and close manufacturing orders, using computer system.
4. Ensure proper processing, packaging, labeling, palletizing, stamping, etc., of product in accordance with standards.
5. Maintenance and operation of processing, packaging and material handling equipment, which may include hand packing.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
7. Participate in team meetings with management to provide input on issues related but not limited to quality, productivity, efficiency, yield, personal performance, attendance, teamwork, etc.
8. Associate is responsible to follow requirements of TMC Quality System; including but not limited to: process controls, inspection procedures, document/data control, and change control practices.
9. Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Strong mathematical and record-keeping skills. Ability to communicate clearly both verbal and written.Typically requires exacting attention to details (lot numbers, etc.), continuous standing, walking with frequent bending. Associate must be able to do individual lifts of 50 lbs; Shared lifts up to 100lbs.
Background ExperiencesTypically requires a high school diploma. Experience in computer use

Ensure work orders are closed in a timely manner to meet sales requirements for Pfizer and PC1.Provide communication to Sr. Commercial Leadership on expected releases for updates to customers.Prioritize work orders and investigations to expedite release of product to finished goods.Participate in continuous improvement activities.Improve data structure and visibility to error type to better identify the root causes for the errors.Reduce cycle time by measuring cycle times and pending status.

Qualifications

Must-Have
Applicant must have High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with eight years of relevant experience;OR an Associate's degree with six years of experience;OR a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience;OR a Master's degree with more than one year of experience. Experience utilizing materials requirements planning (MRP) tools or in line scheduling.Demonstrated experience in purchasing, manufacturing, manufacturing planning or production control.Broad understanding of the supply chain environment Demonstrated project management skills System Application & Products experience and functionality from the outset (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of Master Data concepts and excellent MS Office skills

Nice-to-Have
Relevant pharmaceutical experience Related manufacturing material management experience APICS Certification
