Primary Responsibilities * Use, set up, configure, and calibrate test equipment such as soldering tools, oscilloscopes, and related devices. * Troubleshoot and repair products down to the component level. * Read and understand schematics. * Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure proper setup and calibration of products. * Work with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to obtain New Product Information (NPI) and resolve design or testing issues. * Understand and utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS). * Train and implement processes within the assigned department. * Perform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations. Education / Experience * High school diploma or GED required. * 2--4 years of relevant experience. * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. * Prior experience with WMS preferred. * Familiarity with PC hardware configuration, including Windows OS and LAN setup. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Customer service driven. * Strong team player.
