We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President - Transactional Sanctions Screening to join the Payments Sanctions Review team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Enable best in class execution of disposition of potential matches relating to transactional screening in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure dispositions & investigations are in accordance with policies, procedures, and in compliance with laws and regulations
Lead / build a global team that prides on owning & managing operations - drive pristine controls
Review environment, volume trends and staffing levers to ensure the appropriate capacity is available
Publish periodic KPI, tracking reasons for deviation from agreed levels and proactively working on continuous improvements. Track budgets and expenses to ensure financial discipline.
Seek opportunities to improve efficiency, client experience, operational resilience and hence managing compliance risk appropriately. Always working to learn and improve based on thematic trends.
Recruit, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively as a team. Support team by setting expectations on ownership, accountability and being agile, proactive.
Interface with multiple functional areas (Internal Audit/Compliance /Quality Assurance/Engineering), Regional & global stakeholders, external clients to enable collaboration & progress
Own and deliver assigned projects / deliverables with due diligence including technology changes impacting delivery
Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation, safeguarding its clients and assets, compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
5-7 years of total work experience and 0-1 years of management experience in financial services preferred.
Prior Sanctions Operations leadership experience highly preferred
Knowledge of on disposition transactional screening alerts including investigations.
Proven ability to manage impactful projects to improve screening efficacy.
Understanding of sanctions screening filters, lists and rules would be an added advantage.
Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders by exercising good judgment. Multi-tasking.
Willing to pursue applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
Proven ability to build strong business relationships with a proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through.
Analytical ability, data-led decision making skills.

Ensures client receives all necessary training or conducts the training him/herself
Communicates progress to team and escalate issues or potential project delays
Supports conversion activities related to a mix of complex institutional client relationships requiring an in-depth understanding of custody and accounting processing activities
Completes an accurate conversion of data on financial statements for daily, weekly, or monthly valuation clients
Support and review control reports to effectively mitigate risks and resolve problems that arise during the conversion process
Assists with coordinating firm-wide resources (product, technology, marketing, compliance, teams, etc.) to ensure client needs are being addressed

This role will support network technicians, providing requirements and working with stakeholder and dev teams to support features and enhancements in the product suite.
Key Accountabilities:
Gather requirements from business stakeholder groups and end users.
Work with business stakeholder groups to align on policy and process to support ideal customer interactions and standardization of overall process design.
Identify and procure all relevant content that will support the new experience.
Leverage requirements from stakeholder groups; create overall end-to-end process design documentation that outlines "as is” current state business processes as well as "to be” future state business processes.
Determine ideal user experience within the context of task completion for maximum operational efficiency.
Craft appropriate messaging and content within each step in a Path, accounting for interaction elements and end user actions.
Understand and deliver appropriate context that is agnostic for assisted and unassisted channels.
Work across functional groups and stakeholder groups to deliver process flows into end user application.
Optimize and track performance post-launch to influence business benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for managing Relays targeted strategic banks which include the top 50 Retail Banks, top Credit Unions, and large regional Banks with AUM over $20B in assets.
Heavy focus on opening new greenfield accounts and cross selling into other Banks/FI's where Relay has existing relationships.
Partner with internal resources to manage the entire end-to-end sales process, from lead generation via a BDR team to pipeline management through deal execution.
Achieve budgeted ARR revenue goals for the business while operating within policies/procedures.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue objectives for new business and the expansion of existing accounts where applicable.
Collaborate within Leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
Represent and recommend Relay for key trade shows and industry conferences.
Represent the company as a leading solution provider and partner.
Identify and anticipate the needs to clients through discussions of their objectives and strategies.
Critically evaluate sales opportunities and make decisions about the core value of the business potential.

What You'll Do:
As an associate you will be working within one of several teams:
* Receiving: This team accepts our customers' new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. The responsibility of communicating the arrivals and any exceptions are receiving owned as well.
* Picking: Spread across two different processes our picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. An integral team in the warehouse, pickers and their peers keep the flow of customers products moving and keep the warehouse humming.
* Packing: The final touches before a customer receives their products, the packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly. The packing team works together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly and owns all responsibility around those shipments.
* Other Duties as Required: We are a team which means you will be asked to help out in other areas out of your normal day to day responsibilities to ensure the operations are running efficiently.

WHAT (Contract Services Needed)
TRACK - Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear & marketing assets.EXECUTION - Set up BallerTV's streaming system (filming equipment) at each court (or field). Move safely, be efficient and maneuver with a sense of urgency throughout your workday.MONITOR - Ensure each game's stream is steady and consistent. Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology, maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout the event. ENJOY - Watch live sports while working! How cool is that?FLEXIBILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position. Some events start as early as 6AM and run as late as 10PM. You may be asked to travel up to 40 miles one way.
PAY
- Rates vary depending on the area and will be at least $16 an hour.
Please note: Daily Shifts can be over 12 hours long. A weekend tournament (Fri, Sat, Sunday) can be over 30 hours of work. It is not for everyone and requires you to be on your feet and lift heavy objects.

The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for the detailed analysis and management of investment portfolios. Consult with management and other Berkadia personnel as necessary, ensuring completion of borrower requests and inquiries.
Manage and escalate complex issues that may require higher-level decision-making within Berkadia or consent from external parties.
Monitor portfolio-specific reports and adhere to Berkadia policies and procedures for processing open items or issues.
Develop personal technical skills by completing appropriate training courses and meeting the annual required training hour minimum.
