You will be paid $15/hour and will work onsite at our 701 Experian Parkway, Allen, TX office and report to the Customer Support Manager. The hours for this positions are: Sundays 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, Mondays and Tuesdays 2:30 am - 1 pm, Wednesdays 4:30 am - 11:00 am, Thursdays off, and Fridays 4:30 am - 11:00 am, Saturdays Off Responsibilities: You will process specialty correspondence by opening and scanning department mail You will code mail by correspondence type and route to the appropriate department You will screen mail to detect fraudulent activity You will navigate the scanning system and applications. Performing limited maintenance on the scanning system. You will lift and carry bins of mail weighing up to 25-30 pounds. Qualifications Required Hours: Sundays 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, Mondays and Tuesdays 2:30 am - 1 pm, Wednesdays 4:30 am - 11:00 am, Thursdays off, and Fridays 4:30 am - 11:00 am, Saturdays Off. You have a High School Diploma or equivalent experience You have 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service-related experience You have previous experience working in either a mailroom environment, a retail environment, a warehouse environment, or other relevant work environments You have experience in shipping and receiving, inventory management, mail distribution, or other equivalent skills transferrable to this position You have previous experience with Microsoft Office; internet, email, and ability to operate office equipment You will be available to work overtime You will be required pass background screening which will include a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check and a drug screen.
