You will define and execute the product strategy with internal and external stakeholders, balancing strategic priorities, revenue impact, and client-driven initiatives. You must adapt in evolving environments, adjust to shifting priorities and be a world class problem solver, partnering across functional units to ensure client satisfaction, operational efficiencies, scalability and performance. You will instill confidence in internal and external partners, exhibit technical knowledge, and business savvy to achieve results. Responsibilities include: + Articulate near and long-term strategy and roadmap to senior internal and external stakeholders with the ability to show the bigger picture. + Define the product strategy and roadmap while managing stakeholders in product, engineering, and operations + Prioritize product roadmap with a balance of immediate needs and long term investments based on our priorities and strategic vision. + Work with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, and coordinate initiatives with shared resource teams. + Analyze key metrics to determine the overall health of the product, mitigate external and internal risks, and utilize insights to bring changes to product roadmaps. + You will report to VP, Product Management + 7+ years of Product Management or related experience creating software products + Bachelor's Degree + Experience in employer services and, specifically, year end tax statement, ACA Reporting and pay statements + Experience delivering successful digital products or platforms. + Experience working with API integration and technical understanding of cloud-based platform architecture (Azure experience) + Technical experience in Agile delivery/development methodologies + Experience building product strategy during technical transformations specifically to cloud based technical stacks. + Ability to pick up new tools, technologies, and processes and learn new products and industries. We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Senior Director of Product Marketing to support key Product Marketing activities in the US and globally. This role will report to the VP of Product Marketing. In this leadership role, you will drive strategy for positioning, messaging, pricing/packaging, and help drive success in global markets. You will be part of the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Creative, ensuring our solutions align with customer needs and market demand to drive growth and adoption. Who You Are: * 15+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing in consumer or SMB tech, with at least 5+ years in an executive leadership role. MBA preferred. * Proven track record leading product marketing in high-growth, customer-centric organizations. Experience with SMB or prosumer audiences is a strong plus. * Exceptional storytelling and strategic thinking skills with a keen understanding of customer psychology. * Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
