What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Director-level Mobile Consultant & Engineer with extensive consulting and product engineering experience to lead mobile development on a high-visibility client. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set technical direction, write production-grade code, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders including executives to align business needs with technical delivery.
In addition to delivery leadership, you'll:
Be available to guide delivery and build trusted relationships.
Shape mobile strategy, best practices, and architecture across client engagements.
Act as an account leader, identifying opportunities to expand our presence within the client organization.
Contribute as a technology lead within Experient, helping mature our mobile capability.
Play an entrepreneurial role, building relationships and strengthening our presence in the region.

What You'll Do
Lead by doing: This is a roll up your sleeves, delivery role first. Design and develop mobile products (iOS & Android), writing high-quality code and conducting peer reviews.

Guide teams: Coach senior engineers, elevate development practices, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

What You'll Bring
12+ years of software engineering and consulting experience, with a focus on enterprise-scale mobile products.
Deep expertise in iOS & Android development, including at least 5 years of React Native and cross-platform development experience.
Ability to travel quarterly to Texas client site.
Proven track record of taking multiple products from concept to launch and scaling to millions of users.
Strong background in mobile architecture, cloud integration, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
Ability to balance hands-on coding, architectural oversight, and mentoring.
Comfort engaging executives on strategy while rolling up your sleeves with engineering teams.
