Job Description:
To support the Customer and AMI Technologies team by handling enhancement, project, and incident response tasks during 2026. This lets our team focus fully on the S/4HANA project without delays or distractions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for ServiceNow incidents related to Customer and AMI Technologies.
Work on enhancement requests and project tasks aligned with your skills in Customer and AMI Technologies.
Respond promptly to incidents so they don't impact the S/4HANA project's progress.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handoff and clear communication.
Help our team maintain greater availability and focus on the S/4HANA project.
Expected Outcomes:
Timely resolution of assigned incidents and enhancement requests.
Continued progress on ongoing projects within Customer and AMI Technologies.
Reduced workload pressure on the core Customer and AMI Technologies team during the S/4HANA project timeline.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must have five (5) years of experience designing and configuring complex SAP solutions within the last ten years.
Must have at least three (3) years of SAP ECC 6.0 experience with EHP7 or higher.
Must have at least one year (1) of SAP CRM 7.0 experience with EHP3 or higher.
Must have IS-U CR&B expertise, including experience in one, or more, of the following areas:

THE WORK
You'll develop, implement, and enforce HSSE policies, procedures, and standards that align with local regulations, industry best practices, and the owner's requirements.

THE WORK:
* You'll design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows using Esri's Data Interoperability Extension and Workbench.
* You'll create, update, and manage related data tables within enterprise geodatabases to maintain accurate Customer Service Location relationships.
