Reports to: Energy Captain PURPOSE OF THIS JOB The Energy Expert is responsible for the replenishment, ordering/inventory management to maximize sales and minimize out of date and out of stock occurrences in assigned accounts. The focus will be on sales growth and market execution in all channels with an emphasis on Multiple Points of Distribution and Cold Availability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Conduct a complete sales call on all assigned accounts on the proper day and in the established sequence. Sell and merchandise all Red Bull products in accordance with the standards of RBNA and GDH. Work with all retailers to equalize order quantities between their scheduled deliveries. Load/unload and place Red Bull refrigeration equipment and metal merchandising racks in accounts. Ensure all paper and permanent Point of Sale is utilized in the proper manner and quantity. Keep marketing plan and all tracking charts updated daily. Ensure proper Pricing, POS, and Messaging is utilized in all accounts. Actively participate in all incentive and MBO programs. Maintain a positive working relationship with the owners, managers, and employees of your assigned accounts. Be aware of all competitive activity and opportunities to increase sales in your assigned accounts. Advise and coach the retailers and their employees in the proper methods of selling, merchandising, and pricing of the products you supply. Obey all GDH Company policies, while acting in a professional manner in all accounts. Dress and maintain personal appearance in a professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures. Report all accidents and injuries to immediate supervisors immediately. All other duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates will have a bachelor s degree or a minimum industry related experience which includes: 1 year sales experience preferred. Valid Driver s License in assigned state Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to prepare presentation materials and present information one- on-one and in a group. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work extra hours when needed. Outgoing personality and social skills.
