JOB SUMMARY:
TDXI is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Project Manager / GODFATHER Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage and execute Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) operations in support of the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC). This position provides operational Command and Control (C2) and technical leadership for adversary IADS replication, Cyber Non-Kinetic Effects (CNKE), decoy systems, and missile launch visual aids during daily training and Major Flying Exercises (MFEs).
The GODFATHER SME is responsible for planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of IADS training in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Government direction, and current adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all phases of IADS training operations, including scheduling training assets, scenario development, mission planning, execution, and post-mission analysis and reporting.
Provide operational Command and Control of JPARC IADS, CNKE, MANPADS, decoy systems, missile launch visual aids, UMTE, and YETI systems during daily training and MFEs.
Participate in exercise planning conferences and advise Government personnel on threat replication capabilities and employment to meet aircrew and mission training objectives.
Direct and control threat engagements utilizing C2, SA/GCI, ACTS, TSPI, DIADS, and threat video systems.
Maintain proficiency in adversary IADS engagement tactics and execute scenarios consistent with AFTTP 3-1 Threat Guides and applicable Shot-Kill Doctrine.
Conduct real-time (as required) and post-mission engagement analysis and assign Probability of Kill (PK) ratings using modeling tools such as ESAMS and J-ACE.
Monitor, document, and account for HARM engagements, jamming effects, and CNKE employment during training execution.
Prepare and maintain mission documentation, shot and engagement summaries, and analytical products using electronic media (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Debrief participating aircrew and exercise leadership on sortie, package, and mission effectiveness.
Assist the Program Manager in supervising contractual performance and ensuring compliance with company Quality Control and Safety Programs.
Coordinate with Government customers, SAM-1, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure mission success.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Meet AFMAN 13-212 requirements, paragraph A5.6.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in tactical air combat training, Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Warfare (EW), or adversary threat replication roles.
Demonstrated leadership experience supporting large-scale training operations or exercises.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge of global SAM and AAA weapon systems, capabilities, limitations, and adversary employment tactics.
Knowledge of Integrated Air Defense Systems, command and control structures, and weapon system operator procedures.
Experience operating or supporting ACTS, DIADS, TSPI, SA/GCI, C2, and threat video systems.
Familiarity with electronic countermeasures, HARM employment, jamming effects, and CNKE concepts.
Experience supporting joint, combined, or large-force training exercises.
Experience with constructive simulation and Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC-IA) environments preferred.

Adventure Experts are responsible for taking bookings, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining tour schedules using an online reservation system. They greet customers, check individuals and groups in, assist with retail sales, and prepare individuals and groups for their tour. Central to the role is networking with a variety of agents, from large cruise ships to small travel agencies, and coordinating guest itineraries with other adventure companies in Denali.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Establish a warm and friendly relationship with guests in person, on the phone, or via e-mail.
Actively engaging with local foot-traffic is a requirement as direct tour sales make up a bulk of the job. Doors to the Tour Headquarters and Offices remain open during tour hours so it is important to dress for the weather.
Adventure Experts will share Tour Check-In responsibilities that will require movement between the three offices and even the tour launch sites on a daily basis.
Manage reservations through an online reservation system and conduct retail sales including the management of cash, credit cards, and POS system.
Work with independent travel agents, cruise lines, and online booking companies to complete third-party reservations.
Be knowledgeable about all tours offered by Denali Park Adventures (Denali ATV Adventures, Denali Park Zipline, Denali Jeep Excursions, and Denali Toy Rentals), and familiarize yourself with additional tours and activities in the Denali area that Denali Park Adventures books or promotes as a third-party reseller; assist with customer reservations and respond accurately to all guest inquiries.
Help prepare guests for their tour by ensuring all guests meet participant requirements and tactfully handle situations where guests do not meet requirements.
Solve problems that invariably arise with logistics, tour coordination, large group booking, rescheduling, and customer service issues.
Effectively communicate with Shuttle Drivers and Tour Managers to convey reservation changes and address any additional needs of the guests.
Review reservations and tour manifests for accuracy.
Work as a team with other Adventure Experts, leaving correct and complete information for those who work opposite shifts.
Assist with facility upkeep and maintenance including cleaning and organizing.
You may be required to help transport guests to the tour launch location. This means being able to engage with people outside of the office setting.
The workday starts at 6:30am and goes to 9:30pm or later during peak season. Tour Headquarters and Office hours will flex with the season's demands as will work shifts.
In order to stay current on the actual tour experience, routine participation on Denali Park Adventures' tours is required.
Be comfortable with, or prepared for, the unique challenges of living and working in a remote location.
Required Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
Position uses company vehicles, so clean driving history and motor vehicle record is needed.
