Your Role: Engineering Expert
The Substation Engineering Expert is responsible for providing technical support to the electrical design team. They will serve as a role model to other engineers by providing support and training to the work group. The Engineering Expert will also provide backup support for design supervisors when needed including quality checks for design packages, stamping drawings and meeting with clients. This position requires a Professional Engineering license.
Essential Job Duties
* Prepares scopes of work and estimates for evaluating and designing substations.
* Interfaces with other company functions, clients and vendors.
* Performs engineering design tasks for substation projects
* Provides expert guidance, direction and oversight on substation engineering design projects, tasks, and related efforts.

The Lead Mechanical Subject Matter Expert will be a part of the Facility Operations team and will lead and manage a team of mechanical SMEs who are the data center mechanical system technical operations experts.
