Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
Education and experience meeting SME-level requirements:
PhD + 10 years of related experience, OR
Master's degree + 14 years of related experience, OR
Bachelor's degree + 16 years of related experience.
Extensive experience providing expert-level operational and business support to U.S. government programs or defense contracts.
Strong knowledge of program management, contracting, and compliance in secure environments.
Proven ability to lead initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, and manage complex priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce polished reports and briefings.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business/operations tools.
