About the Role

As a Sales Associate/ Watch Technician, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities will include working the register, taking in customer watches and/ or jewelry for repair/ servicing/ battery replacement, etc., changing watch batteries and watch bands, adjusting watch bands and maintaining the stores appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and be willing to learn basic watch repair.
Responsibilities
Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
Collect payments by cash and credit card
Issue receipts and refunds to customers
Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
