GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE The Arch Expert (AE) is responsible for maximizing sales in the Benefit brand by engaging guests to determine their individual needs, assisting guests in the selection and purchase of merchandise and performing short services, including eyebrow/facial waxing and tinting.
