YOUR ROLE
Your primary purpose is to develop the CEVA business relationship with specified strategic Technology customers based in North America and align all business and financial commitments and company resources to customer success.
Key areas of focus include but not limited to:

As a Subject Matter Expert in the Short-term Gas team in Houston, you will be responsible for supporting the S&D components of our North American natural gas market fundamentals suite and communicating the results of their and the group's analysis to clients, prospects, and other market participants.

Who are you today?
You are a recognised Subject Matter Expert in Process Safety, with deep technical competence in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and extensive experience applying process safety principles in operational environments.
Your experience and expertise include:
* Extensive practical experience in PHA techniques (HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA) - ideally as a qualified HAZOP Chair or PHA facilitator. Strong knowledge and practical experience in application / facilitation of a wide range of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) techniques including: HAZID, HAZOP, What-IF, Safety Integrity Level, LOPA, Bow-Tie, Human Factor, Inherently Safer Process Review, Risk Register, Risk Matrix. Knowledge and practical experience of quantitative techniques is a plus, including Fault Tree Analysis, Event Tree Analysis, Consequence Modelling (Fires, Toxic Releases, Explosions), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) / Building Risk Assessment (BRA), Iso-Risk Curves (Individual and Societal Risk Curves).
* Operational experience in international companies, with exposure across the full asset lifecycle with proven success implementing PSM systems and risk management in high-hazard industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Mining & Metals, Power & Utilities).
* Strong understanding of the risk dimensions of PHA and the ability to present technical findings as clear, actionable advice.
* Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, able to work with both executives and technical teams.
* Organised, analytical, and outcome-focused, comfortable managing complex projects.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (MSc or MBA preferred).
* 12+ years of experience in process safety, operational risk, or engineering.
* Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
* Willingness to travel extensively.

Job DescriptionThis is a 1099 Contract opportunity with no benefits. Approx. 3-month contract. The QC Stability Consultant SME will serve as a subject matter expert supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the pharmaceutical stability program. This role provides strategic and technical expertise to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH, WHO) and company quality standards. The consultant will partner cross-functionally with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing to maintain the integrity and scientific rigor of the stability program.Key Responsibilities
Lead and advise on all aspects of stability study design, execution, and data interpretation in accordance with ICH guidelines and company SOPs.
Review and approve stability protocols, reports, and trend analyses for new and existing products.
Assess and optimize current stability program systems, workflows, and documentation for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance during audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
Develop and deliver training for QC and QA personnel on stability testing procedures and data management.
Evaluate and support implementation of digital tools or LIMS enhancements for stability management.
Support investigations and CAPAs related to stability data deviations or OOS results.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure appropriate stability testing during lifecycle management and change control.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control, with at least 5 years focused on stability programs.
Deep knowledge of ICH Q1A-Q1F, GMP regulations, and related global stability guidelines.
Proven experience preparing and defending stability data in regulatory audits and submissions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with LIMS, Empower, or other electronic data management systems preferred.

Experience with biologics or sterile drug products.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
