Conduct ongoing performance monitoring of fuel usage across NAZ breweries.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fuel consumption to zone and global leadership.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive benchmarking program comparing internal energy use to industry standards and global leaders.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for fuel and steam use efficiency improvements.
Lead companywide initiatives to reduce energy consumption, maintain steam quality, and improve steam safety practices.
Develop and implement a corporate fuel strategy aligned with short- and long-term sustainability and financial goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices in energy management.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for fuel, biogas and steam related processes.

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and equipment/process specifications for energy management across the organization.
Support the environmental team to ensure compliance with local, national, emissions regulations and Title V compliance.

Provide technical input for capital projects involving fuel and steam infrastructure.
Conduct site assessments and audits to identify steam-related risks and opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
