What You'll Do
As an Expert Guide, you'll walk alongside customers through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives-designing a custom engagement ring or selecting one that reflects their unique story.
Your day-to-day will include:
Hosting warm, relationship-driven consultations in our showroom.
Helping and educating clients to choose the perfect stone (lab-grown) and style with clarity and care.
Collaborating with our design team to bring each ring concept to life.
Managing client relationships from first hello to final ring pickup-making sure no detail is missed and every person feels seen. You will manage ongoing client relationships through calling, texting, and video appointments, providing timely updates and support throughout the ring creation journey.
Sharing insights and ideas with our tight-knit team to keep improving our process, our product, and our people.
Warmly greeting and engaging clients, guiding customers through their selection process, and closing in-the-moment transactions while upholding Charleston Rings' high level of standards.
Serve as the operational liaison with our bench jeweler and industry vendors, ensuring accurate handoffs, production timelines, and flawless execution.
Maintain organized, detailed client files and project notes to ensure continuity and an elevated service experience.
Support the overall showroom environment, maintaining brand standards and contributing to a warm, luxury atmosphere.

· Physical ability to lift and install Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) and Battery Packs (70 + lbs.).
· Assist with survey design and install closeout documentation utilizing MS Excel and Visio.
EXPERIENCE:
· A minimum of four (4) years' hands-on experience configuring Layer 2/3 edge switches (Cisco, Brocade (Ruckus) or Juniper LAN and IP based switches).
· Aruba wireless experience is a plus but not required.
· Python Scripting is a plus but not required.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong written/oral communication and attention-to-detail is a must.
EDUCATION:
· Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required prior to starting.
· Technical Training in LAN or WLAN Communications required.
· CCNA or other OEM vendor certification highly desired. CWNA certification is a plus.
SECURITY:
Current or recent government security clearance (Secret) required.

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports electronic repair operations by providing advanced technical expertise, process guidance, and oversight training. This role serves as a technical authority for repair workmanship standards, ESD and soldering programs, and technician capability development. The SME also provides defined technical support to Value-Added Services (VAS) Late Configuration Camera activities and Corrective Action Request (CAR) rework impacting both ASA and VAS.
This is a technical support and oversight role, not a production or supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical authority for ASA repair and rework processes.
Develop, maintain, and improve repair work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex repair and rework issues.
Own and maintain ESD and soldering standards and training programs.
Deliver structured technical training for repair technicians.
Support corrective actions and rework activities related to CARs across ASA and VAS.
Provide technical support to VAS Late Configuration Camera processes, limited to guidance, interpretation, and defect resolution.
Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to improve workmanship consistency, reduce rework, and support compliance.

Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$120,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

ProSidian Seeks a Concrete Materials Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Engineering (CM100B) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy. This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements) and ProSidian Team Members work as part of an Engagement Team Cadre to fulfill requirements.
Concrete Materials Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) Candidates Work as a Concrete Materials Engineer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultant Services in support of the Liquid Waste Operations (LWO) Saltstone Disposal Units (SDUs).
Tasks include resolution of technical issues, on an as-needed basis, related to multiple 32 mgal reinforced concrete tanks designed and built in accordance with the American Concrete Institute (ACI-350) Standard and the American Water Works Association (AWWA D110) Standard. The concrete mix utilized for the SDUs is a quaternary mix design that includes Type V Cement, Slag, Fly Ash, and Silica Fume. The SME will be relied upon to identify or recommend resolutions for implementation by the SDUs team.
Services shall be provided using SRR SDU design drawings, Structural Calculation, CSI Specification, Processes, and Procedures. Programmatic guidance will be provided by SRR. The specific tasks shall be directed by the LWO Design Authority and/or assigned technical representative(s).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
BS Degree in Civil Engineering or current registration as a Professional Engineer in either Civil or Structural Engineering with Concrete Material Science Education
Experience /Skills:
The candidate must demonstrate ten (10) years of expert experience in the design and analysis of concrete containment structures and immense knowledge of concrete materials.
Candidate must demonstrate working knowledge of National Consensus Codes and Standards applicable to the design and construction of the SDUs. These may include, but are not limited to, American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), American Water Works Association (AWWA), International Building Code (IBC) and others as required.
The candidate must demonstrate five (5) years of experience in the design and analysis of nuclear or industrial facilities.
The candidate must have the ability to walk down systems in the field.
Desirable Credentials

Job Description
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports electronic repair operations by providing advanced technical expertise, process guidance, and oversight training. This role serves as a technical authority for repair workmanship standards, ESD and soldering programs, and technician capability development. The SME also provides defined technical support to Value-Added Services (VAS) Late Configuration Camera activities and Corrective Action Request (CAR) rework impacting both ASA and VAS.
This is a technical support and oversight role, not a production or supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical authority for ASA repair and rework processes.
Develop, maintain, and improve repair work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex repair and rework issues.
Own and maintain ESD and soldering standards and training programs.
Deliver structured technical training for repair technicians.
Support corrective actions and rework activities related to CARs across ASA and VAS.
Provide technical support to VAS Late Configuration Camera processes, limited to guidance, interpretation, and defect resolution.
Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to improve workmanship consistency, reduce rework, and support compliance.
Scope & Authority
Provides technical guidance and oversight only; does
not
own production execution or scheduling.
Does not perform inspection sign-off, product release, or return-to-service authority unless separately delegated.
Does not have direct supervisory responsibility.

Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology required, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics or aftermarket repair environments.
Strong knowledge of ESD controls and soldering best practices required.
IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or equivalent solder certification strongly preferred
Trainer certification preferred, or attainable within 6 months of hire.
Ability to create technical documentation and deliver hands-on training required.
Strong collaboration and communication skills required.
Occasional domestic or international travel may be required.
Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$120,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

Qualifications
The Technical Welding Subject Matter Expert - Construction shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least 8 years of practical experience in the welding arena or
