  • Coordinated seismic work in developing prospects as well as making work-over recommendations on existing company properties.
  • Supervised and directed gold exploration projects and generative programs for the Country of Colombia.
  • Generated drillable prospects sold to industry partners.
  • Contracted to US, Malaysian and Australian companies for wellsite supervision.
  • Work with Mine Manager and Local Engineering in design and construction of new mine in Mali and startup of mine.
  • Managed sites and personel on various coal bed methane exploration sites.
  • Mentor, training and development of junior exploration staff.
