Provides direction and supervision to Dietary Aide.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree from an accredited college with major studies in food and nutrition or dietetics required. Licensed in the state as a Dietitian. Registered Dietitian Certification required.
Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population required.
Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.

Monitors monthly weights, medical diagnosis, drug nutrient interactions, changes in chewing, swallowing, mood changes hydration status, intake, skin breakdown, reports changes to the Interdisciplinary Team and makes recommendations for changes to appropriate staff.
Documents nutrition notes and all other pertinent activities in the participations' medical record according to Senior CommUnity Care standards.
Provides nutritional counseling and education for Senior CommUnity Care program participants and or caregivers using appropriate materials.
Provides nutritional educational programs to own department or other departments/Senior CommUnity Care staff.
Assists in monitoring meals, including intake, diet compliance and tray accuracy.
Oversees and manages dining program.
Maintains operational food inventory and emergency dietary supply inventory according to regulations. Including ordering, shopping, and errands associated with dietary operations.
Oversees special event planning as necessary, including ordering, setup, break down and cleaning.
Develops and implements the nutritional components of participant's plan of care including active participation and development of therapeutic dining programs.
Maintains supplement/snack/bag lunch lists and dietary census for Senior CommUnity Care participants.
Directs, supervises, performs initial and annual competencies on, and evaluates the performance of the Dietary Aide.
Ensures that the job responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of direct reports are defined and understood.
Oversees maintenance/cleanliness and orderliness of serving kitchen. Monitors portion control; appropriate serving of food; adherence to therapeutic diets, purchasing and inventory of food.
Responsible for the management of therapeutic diets, including modification to meet individual participant needs, and physician orders.

Overview

The Salary Range for this position is $83,300 - $124,900 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
Essential Job Functions:
* Performs the investigation and analysis of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to resolve claims and legal matters.
* Performs forensic assignments within the field of civil engineering expertise based upon a scope of work and budget prepared by the consultant and agreed upon by the client in advance of performing the work.
* Field Investigations: Study and determine the cause and origin of construction defects or structural failures and/or damage and building envelope failures and/or damage, as well as determine the extent and repairability of such failures and/or damage. This includes gathering photographic evidence, conducting on-site investigations to document conditions, conducting in-person and/or telephone interviews, overseeing field testing, reviewing construction and/or design drawings, contracts, and/or specifications, and reviewing historical documentation.
* Preparation of oral and written reports to document the causes of failure and/or damage, extent of loss, associated repair scope, and recommended remediation is essential, as is providing opinions and expert testimony in litigation matters.
* Manages multiple projects, coordinating with other experts and support as needed to produce client reports in a timely manner.

Overview
Our Building Consultants perform an array of services for the purpose of helping our clients in the resolution of claims and legal disputes. Physical Demands, Overtime, and Travel Requirements
Physical Demands-Work is performed both in an office setting and at outside locations (i.e., client's office, industrial, construction, and/or residential sites). The employee is frequently required to stand, walk on sloped roofs, sit, climb ladders, bend, climb inside attics, crawl under homes and tunnels, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, use handheld equipment and/or tools, and drive a motor vehicle to job sites. Employees may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be sharp, focused, and alert when conducting site inspections, speaking and interacting with clients, preparing written reports of findings, and testifying in deposition or trial. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary.
Overtime-This position is classified as salaried with an exempt FLSA status. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. There will be periods when overtime will be required, which the employee must comply with to meet the demands of the position.
Travel Requirements-This position requires up to 50% local/regional travel. Less than 5% of travel may be required outside of the area and overnight.

Overview
Provides failure analysis and forensic consulting services requiring mechanical engineering expertise for insurance, legal, industrial, and other clients. Evaluates injury, equipment, and property damage claims caused by alleged issues with products, heavy equipment, machines, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, and other mechanical systems. Provides oral and written reports of findings, technical guidance to clients, and, when needed, expert testimony.
Essential Job Functions
* Performs failure analysis for forensic assignments within the field of mechanical engineering expertise based on a scope of work and budget prepared by the consultant and agreed upon by the client before performing the work.
* Investigates how and why an incident occurred, including identifying the origin, failure mechanism, and root cause of the incident, as well as the role of the mechanical system in question.
* Inspects sites/products/equipment/systems; performs electronic data retrieval and analysis of commercial and non-commercial equipment; documents site/product conditions and determines cause and origin of damage; performs site surveys with total station survey, scanners, drones, and other means of 3D documentation; performs mechanical engineering calculations; prepares CAD-based and manual sketches as required; orders and evaluates needed laboratory testing and performs analyses.
* Reviews and interprets relevant codes, standards, drawings, specifications, technical manuals, peer-reviewed literature, data logs, and other documentation to evaluate the compliance of the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of the subject product, equipment, or system.
* Conducts various analyses, including, but not limited to, industrial safety and accidents; equipment and machinery design and failure; product liability; and design and safety.
* Provides support on fire and explosion investigations involving mechanical systems, products, and equipment.
* Initiates, develops, and maintains mutually beneficial client relationships.
Required Education and Certifications
* B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree or higher.
* Ph.D. or Forensic experience with P.E. required.
* 2-10+ years of experience, including knowledge of products, machine design, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression systems, and/or other mechanical equipment/systems/processes.
* Project management and/or field investigation experience is required.
Required Skills and Abilities
* Must have a high level of analytical skill. Work requires continual attention to detail with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Must be able to interact and communicate with clients at all levels (e.g., internal and external).
* Must know a variety of computer software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications and computer-assisted engineering and design software.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical reports or journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
