We are seeking dedicated Assemblers for our 1st shift, running from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Enjoy the possibility of overtime on Fridays. **Assembly Technician - 23.50/hr! - 1st Shift!** **Responsibilities** + Assemble rails, stairs, and treads for walkways using clips, bolts, nuts, and brackets. + Utilize a measuring tape and speed square to ensure precise alignment of components. + Interpret blueprints to accurately determine build specifications.
+ Employ electric and air-powered tools, including a Miter saw and band saw, with proficiency.
+ Input lengths and dimensions into a computer for automated measuring.
+ Glue parts together as required to complete assemblies.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient use of tape measures and rulers.
+ Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Driven with a desire to continually learn.
+ Experience in custom fabrication.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in custom fabrication is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Work in an organized, climate-controlled environment, typically keeping bay doors open in the summer for ventilation. Be prepared to be on your feet all day in a tidy yet warm setting. The schedule is the first shift, from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with the option for voluntary overtime.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
