Provide daily status updates to the dispatchers and review any customer issues or concerns with the dispatcher and account manager. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical certification preferred. REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience in a service technician role.
