**Job Title: Tester Operator - 6:30am-3:00pm** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Tester Operator to perform a range of electronically automated tests for STB equipment, ensuring that each unit functions according to specifications or identifying causes of unit failure. This role is integral to supporting our Q4 Burst ramp and requires a strong commitment to the work schedule to meet our customer KPIs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load programming onto MSI servers or large electronic devices.
+ Plug large electronic devices into a computer and load computer programs/software onto them.
+ Move electronic devices weighing up to 50lbs from the floor to the workbench.
+ Perform quality checks to ensure installed software functions correctly and meets quality standards.
+ Use specific software and tools to install, configure, or flash software onto electronic products or components.
+ Move boxes and electronic equipment within the same department.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in software imaging and technical expertise.
+ Technological savviness and comfort working on computers.
+ Strong attention to detail for ensuring correct software versions and quality standards.
+ Good typing skills and ability to follow computer screen prompts.
+ English proficiency for reading, writing, and communicating effectively.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Basic testing and software installation experience.
+ Technical aptitude and willingness to learn specific software and hardware.

+ Guide customers through contract signing online or by phone

+ Process applications with thorough verification
