Cut and finish printed materials accurately according to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
Assist in inventory management and material ordering as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing is a plus.
Previous experience in DTF printing or a related field preferred.

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Technician Dye Penetrant Inspection to perform quality checks on plastic components in a manufacturing setting. This role involves applying fluorescent dye and developer, using black light equipment to detect surface defects, and maintaining accurate inspection records.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct dye penetrant inspections on plastic parts using fluorescent dye and developer
Use ultraviolet (black light) tools to detect and assess surface discontinuities
Maintain detailed and accurate inspection documentation and process records
Perform dimensional inspections using handheld and precision measuring instruments
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria
Apply appropriate sampling plans during inspection processes
Support quality functions including:- Receiving inspections
Final and shipping inspections
Calibration activities
Material Review Board (MRB) participation
Laboratory-based material testing
Carry out inspections in cleanroom environments, both onsite and at external locations
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Technician or in inspection roles (required)
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards (preferred)
Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Experience in cell biology techniques, aseptic technique, Serological pipetting are required. The ideal candidate will also have additional experience in microscopy, histology, manufacturing, and tissue surgical techniques.
Experience in Auditing and Quality Control

Throughout the day, you'll review prints and process plans, record inspection data for full traceability, and collaborate with quality and engineering to resolve any deviations.
