Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Lowell, MA to find a qualified Inventory Control Specialist! This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Shift: 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday-Friday Pay: $24-$26/hour DOE
• Maintain accurate inventory balances across all locations based on goods received, produced, consumed, damaged, disposed, or shipped.
• Conduct and oversee routine cycle counts and weekly/monthly physical inventories; investigate and resolve variances.
• Perform regular bin cleanouts, location audits, and inventory housekeeping.
• Ensure inventory procedures are followed consistently and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor ERP inventory transactions and resolve failed or incomplete receipts.
• Ensure daily production consumption and batch closeouts are completed accurately; investigate, correct, and document missed or incorrect transactions.
• Review work order transactions and coordinate with Production and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate closeout.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounts Payable to ensure records are aligned.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc inventory reports.
• Provide production floor coverage for consumption and inventory activities, including backup coverage during absences.
• Support material flow to production to minimize downtime and ensure correct materials are available at point of use.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory transactions.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) or willingness to obtain certification.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish a plus.

Adecco Staffing is hiring for Quality Inspectors for a manufacturer in Devens, MA! This is a 2nd shift opportunity, however training for this position will be on 1st shift.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2pm-10:30pm *training will be on 1st shift*
Pay rate: $30-33 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Inspection: Visually inspect and measure products, components, and materials using gauges, calipers, and other tools.
Testing: Run tests on products to check functionality, durability, and adherence to safety standards.
Documentation: Create detailed reports on inspection findings, defects, and non-conformance.
Communication: Report issues to production supervisors, managers, and other departments.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and external industry regulations.
Rework: Identify items needing rework and confirm corrections are made.
Standardization: Assist in creating and maintaining quality control procedures and protocols.
