Core responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts to print
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions

Assist with quality data collection, capability studies, and documentation

Job Summary:
The Machine Adjustor will manage the production of each assigned machine during the shift to maintain each machine is running efficiently and producing quality products per customer specs. Continue checks of material throughout the shift for any non-conformities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Sets up and adjusts converting equipment for safe and efficient operation.
Start-up, adjustments involving close tolerances, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Assists in adjuster/operator training; Provides coverage if needed
Examines product to ensure the quality process is followed; Minimizes waste.
Perform visual inspections to identify issues as early in the production process as possible.
Performs preventative maintenance to ensure consistent quality production.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
Previous warehouse experience especially in the metal industry.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, bending, lifting, and twisting.
12-hour rotating shifts in a warehouse environment exposed to outside weather temperatures.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. With assistance from a pallet jack or helper if needed.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Identify leads, qualify prospective business, create proposals, present to clients, and create new sustainable business partnerships.
Local travel 60-70% throughout the week - auto allowance provided! (This is not remote)
Present customized solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the prospective client's business needs.
Actively drive negotiations, close, and onboard new accounts while working with a service team to provide service delivery.
Business Development Manager Qualifications:
Outside sales or new account business development experience is preferred but not required!
Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A valid driver's license is required for this role to travel between the branch and prospect/client locations.
