About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily shop and field operations. In this leadership role, you will serve as the bridge between technicians and management, driving high-quality service, process efficiency, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities:Team & Workflow Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor shop and equipment performance, and supervise personnel.
Assign work orders and verify completion by reviewing documentation and physical components.

Planning & Process Guidance

The Assembler will perform manual labor in a production line and assemble parts for satellite systems. **Responsibilities** + Work as part of a production team to assemble parts. + Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins. + Manually assemble satellite sub-assembly parts.
+ Utilize various hand tools, measuring, and test equipment.
+ Clean assembled parts and place them in protective bags or boxes.
+ Pack, seal, and move boxes.
+ Pick up, move, and sort small parts.
+ Use small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly.
