Key Responsibilities Construction & Capital Projects Plan, coordinate, and manage construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects from concept through completion. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans. Manage consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with codes, standards, and contracts. Review and approve drawings, change orders, process payments, and project close-out documentation. In this role, you will work with heavy-grade structural steel, utilizing flux core dual shield welding techniques and thick 3/32 wire.
