Extensive experience in call centers and/or a sales background is preferred. Excellent personality and communication skills is a must. You will help define this position so your ability to think for yourself and be creative is imperative. Although this is currently a part-time position (30 - 35 hours per week), you will have the opportunity for additional hours and commissions every week.
You will be making calls to individuals who have expressed an interest in our product. You will be responsible for setting an appointment with the individual, following up to confirm appointments and fielding incoming calls regarding our offerings. You will not be selling any products but your sales skills will benefit you immensely. You must be able to exude confidence at all times.

Responsibilities
Design high-performance and high-speed AMS circuits with a focus on transceivers and broadband circuits interfacing with silicon photonics elements
Document design simulations and verifications towards formal design reviews
Drive block-level floorplan, mask design, and their reviews
Run post-layout and mixed-signal top-level simulations to validate integration
Qualifications:
Experience designing Analog-Front-End blocks such as trans-impedance amplifiers (TIA) and Tx Driver
Experience and deep understanding of Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits (e.g, CTLE, VGA, impedance matching network)
Experience designing Analog-Front-End blocks for SerDes
Hands-on design experience in TSMC N5 or N3 process node, from schematic to layout
Experience with 3D Electro-Magnetic (EM) simulation tools
Excellent understanding of CMOS device characteristics, noise, mismatch, linearity, and design trade-offs
Experience interfacing with silicon photonic modulators (MZM, Ring) is a plus

The Talent Acquisition Expert Network Project Manager will serve on the Program Management team as a key project manager for the hiring team supporting the seasonal tax workforce in the US and Canada. This role exists to ensure the flawless, timely preparation and management of hiring season, which includes bringing on approximately 17,000 virtual experts, staffing retail stores, office locations nationwide. This is a long term 6 month contract role that work work fully remote! Candidates must be willing to work PST hours.
The ideal candidate will provide meticulous, autonomous project management support in a high-velocity, complex environment, ultimately driving the process that ensures we deliver on a core business objective: helping millions of customers do their taxes with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving synchronization and clarity across a matrixed, cross-functional organization:
* Project Governance & Tracking: Manage the Expert Network's master schedule for specific workstreams, ensuring all milestones are tracked, dependencies are clear and risks are proactively flagged.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve as the primary accountable owner for a portfolio of VMS client accounts, delivering exceptional program performance while cross-training on additional accounts to provide reliable support and backup coverage
* Partner closely with the Strategic Sales team throughout the sales cycle, including participation in prospect, MSP, and internal discussions to ensure seamless alignment and realistic commitments
* Collaborate with Strategic Sales to validate that sales deliverables can be met or exceeded during implementation, bridging the transition from sales to operational success
* Deliver targeted training, coaching, and ongoing support to franchisees and office teams on client-specific VMS programs, processes, tools, and best practices
* Lead and coordinate the implementation of VMS technology solutions and client/MSP processes; facilitate technology updates by providing clear overviews and comprehensive training to franchisees and field teams
* Proactively investigate and resolve issues within VMS platforms for franchisees, including troubleshooting tool-related challenges and supporting invoice reconciliation efforts
* Maintain up-to-date service documentation for VMS clients on internal platforms (e.g., MyDot), ensuring accurate, current resources for franchisees and the broader field organization as accounts evolve
* Support the Director in developing and executing enhanced processes, resources, and tools to drive field performance and operational excellence
* Continuously assess and optimize VMS processes to boost sales growth, operational efficiency, and the overall experience for franchisees, office teams, clients, and MSP partners
* Leverage a suite of technology platforms-including VMS systems, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, CRM, and other tools-to maximize productivity and program effectiveness
* Work in close partnership with the Director on the 4DX methodology for annual planning, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations; execute critical actions to achieve divisional financial, service, and operational objectives
* Lead through influence, education, consulting, and coaching to foster alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement across stakeholders
* Provide direct leadership to VMS Program Specialist(s), if applicable, including goal setting, performance management, daily guidance, skill development (both technical and soft), feedback integration, coaching, and recognition of achievements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous experience in staffing is required, with large-scale account management experience considered a strong advantage
