Our client, an industry leader in electronics and automation, is seeking a dedicated Electronic Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be an integral part of the technical support department, assisting in maintaining and troubleshooting electronic systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its success.
**Job Title:** Technician
**Location:** Deerfield Beach, FL
**Pay Range: $25-27/hour**
**Shift:** Wednesday through Saturday, 2 pm to Midnight
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems including PLCs, power supplies, and low voltage electronics
+ Interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate maintenance and repairs
+ Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electronic equipment
+ Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently
+ Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
**What's Needed?**
+ Basic experience with electronics such as PLCs, power supplies, and low voltage electronics
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
+ Willingness to work a four-day schedule (Wednesday through Saturday, 2 pm to Midnight)
