William H. Stoller is Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Express Employment Professionals. Prior to co-founding Express, Stoller began his career with Acme Personnel Services in 1973 as a placement consultant and subsequently held positions as branch manager, group manager, district manager and regional manager for Oregon and Utah. Stoller is president of The Stoller Group, owning 27 Express offices in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. He also owns Xenium, a professional employer organization as well as the Stoller Family Estate and Chehalem Winery and Vineyard, both located in Oregon.

Bob Fellinger joined Express Employment Professionals in 1995. He served as an area director and then was promoted to regional director, overseeing eight area directors in the midwest and eastern sectors of the United States before becoming the executive vice president of sales. Bob retired in 2008 but returned in 2010 to serve as the Chief Operating Officer and serves on the Board of Directors for Express Employment Professionals. Before Bob joined Express, he opened and ran an Express franchise located in Jackson, Miss. The Jackson Express office was successfully billing 20,000 hours a week under his ownership. Prior to opening his Express office, he served as chairman of the board and CEO of a multi-bank holding company located in Texarkana, Texas. Bob holds his Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist certification from the National Association of Personnel Services and his Certified Personnel Consultant designation from the American Staffing Association.

Britt Domer is an Owner/CFO at Express Employment Professionals and VP Of Finance And Accounting at Pendulum Partners and is based in Bellevue, Washington.
