Micro management - and unnecessary over-correction and "bossy" presents of region manager & lack of support from HR representation_after reporting harassment, only had 3 days vacation & less than 5 days sick in 7 years as an employee. Was promoted to get 10% commission each month and sudden changed - main office of franchisee stated he could make payroll.
Benefits were State/Fed mandates; such as PTO via holiday pay, end of the year bonus. Never could take advantage of any other perks due to consistent under staffing.
