An Order Processor - Level I must demonstrate sharp mathematical and analytical skills with profound attention to detail. This is a highly motivated self-starter who can produce high volumes of work both independently and with the Team. The person will have accountability in attendance and work produced showing high levels of integrity in past work experience. They are expected to build and maintain trusting relationships with internal customers. They will show the ability to meet urgent deadlines in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. All will be done with a positive can-do attitude. A construction and/or flooring background is preferred but not required. This person must be highly skilled with computer technology. They must have a willingness to work overtime and flexibility within their schedules.
Major Duties and Job Responsibilities:
Download orders from online portals / internal software and attach all necessary legal documentation for the orders to be processed. Convert quotes/leads to an order from internal software and external digital platforms.
Read, understand, and analyze contract and drawing specifications for accurate estimating procedures.
Process orders by analyzing and estimating the contract to the field diagram with exceptional mathematical comprehension and accuracy.
Monitor and manage emails that affect order processing with exceptional time management.
Prioritize and process orders with urgency by installation dates and regional shipping needs.
Proactively and professionally communicate with internal and external salespeople when documents are missing, or questions need to be resolved that affect the urgency of an order to installation.
Communicate with Managers and team on inventory needs and issues and stock check duties as necessary
Track orders with urgency to ensure installations are staged and scheduled on time for external customers
Knowledge and Skills:
2-5 years of experience in data entry and order processing roles
Experience with order management processing and systems
Ability to read and interpret flooring job takeoffs (diagrams) for processing to a sales order
High School Diploma. Associates Degree Preferred
Work independently as well as with teams
Proficient in MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Operate basic office equipment (copier, printer, scanner, etc.) Work with order processing and ERP systems (NetSuite, Rollmaster, SAP, etc). Attendance and punctuality are requirements of this position.

The Field Mechanic with MYR Group you'll travel to project sites across the designated service area, supporting our field teams. Perform mechanic assignments using independent judgment to make decisions requiring the application of procedures and practices to specific work situations
Perform a full range of servicing and repairs on various types of fleet equipment, including malfunctioning parts and systems. Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company schedules

Essential Functions
Manage and direct multiple 3rd party design firms working towards Issued for Construction Drawings for Electrical, Civil, and Structural designs.
Coordinate and lead design reviews at each design milestone. Design reviews will likely include the owner, CSI, and 3rd party personnel.
Perform the overall coordination and integration of technical activities in engineering projects and services. Direct and review project designs and technology integration.
Work with project managers to facilitate design understanding as the start of construction occurs. Ensure there is understanding of the intent of the design and how the design will be audited throughout the construction phase.
Seek opportunities to add value to the project. Perform economic analysis/value engineering to determine cost-effective solutions and prepare written recommendations. Ensure value engineering is incorporated into future designs.
Manage 3rd party engineering resources to ensure deadlines are met, and the construction team has the necessary engineering information to produce a quality project on schedule.
Maintain and manage engineering schedules and budgets to meet the requirements of the project. Possess a full understanding of time and resource management to achieve the results needed for project deadlines.
Review and facilitate approval of materials to be used on the project by attaining Engineer of Record approvals or other resources available.
Ensure takeoffs are complete and accurate for material procurement.
Nurture and maintain key professional relationships with utilities, owners, engineering firms, energy subject matter experts, and others.
Coordinate, lead, and document regularly scheduled calls between applicable parties.
Assure projects are designed and constructed according to all applicable safety standards, including ASTM, NESC, NEC, NFPA, etc.
Ensure design deliverables are received in time to support procurement and project schedule.
Acts as a technical resource for project construction teams.
Acts as engineering liaison for the construction team, 3rd party Engineer of Record, Client, and internal engineering resources from award through completion.
Responsible for engineering document control process, including client and engineering transmittals, RFI's, and associated logs.
Apply for and complete local permits as specified by the contract.
Ensure that each design is developed with consideration for efficient installation, maintenance, and repair. Consult Field Operations Manager and Trade Superintendents as necessary for recommendations.
Review implications of project design changes and make recommendations
Recognize, document, and report cost impacts due to design changes. Share impacts with project management and procurement team.
Perform economic analysis/value engineering to determine cost-effective solutions and prepare written recommendations.
Train and develop Field Engineers and Field Coordinators in engineering management, document control, and RFI processes.
About You:
Qualifications
BS in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering.
Minimum of three years in the solar + BESS EPC, with a strong knowledge of construction sequencing, construction methods, and materials practices, including knowledge of electrical systems.
OSHA 30 certification desired, but not mandatory.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) status or qualified to take test desired, but not mandatory.
Can be a combination of trade, education, and relevant work experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).

Contract Administrator - Heavy Civil Construction (California)

Mountain Cascade is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support our Heavy Civil Construction operations throughout California. Position Summary:
The Contract Administrator plays a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of subcontracts, trucking, material supply, and consultant agreements. This includes drafting, negotiation, execution, compliance, and contract close-out. The position works closely with Project Management, Legal, and Procurement to ensure all contractual activities align with Mountain Cascade's standards and California regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts, trucking, consultant, and purchase order agreements based on project scopes and California construction requirements.
Work with Project Managers to convert quotes and scopes into executable contracts.
Track and maintain a contract log to monitor status, execution, and compliance documentation.
Ensure compliance with California-specific requirements including:
AB5 (independent contractor classification)
DIR registration, prevailing wage laws, and skilled & trained workforce standards
Manage subcontractor insurance, bonding, business licenses, and compliance documents before mobilization.
Act as the OCIP Administrator on applicable projects.
Coordinate with accounting and procurement to align contract values and purchase orders.
Process and maintain contract change orders, amendments, and close-out documentation.
Support subcontractor onboarding, prequalification, and compliance tracking.
Communicate with Legal and Risk Management regarding contract terms, exceptions, and disputes.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in contract administration within heavy civil or public works construction (California experience required).
Strong understanding of California labor and construction law, including AB5 and public agency compliance.
Familiarity with OCIP/CCIP insurance programs and vendor onboarding.
Proficient with Sage and Microsoft Office.
Highly organized, proactive, and effective communicator.

The Website UI/UX Designer/Developer (WordPress) works under the direction of an IT Manager or user agency personnel. This classification specializes in the WordPress website platform and will work as part of a team to provide customers with WordPress hosting and professional services business. The Website UI/UX Designer/Developer (WordPress) will work with developers, designers, testers, and project managers interfacing with multi-functional IT support groups and will interface with both internal and external customers from various County departments. The Website UI/UX Designer/Developer (WordPress) will provide WordPress application development, website onboarding and operational support on WPEngine and AWS Openshift platform; participate in new development, onboarding, and operational support of WordPress websites, PHP and Java applications, hybrid mobile apps, and kiosks; support and maintain multiple websites and be responsible for upgrading and patching WordPress core, themes, and plugins; will use the County's standard tools to improve and automate DevOps workflow operations, including WordPress, MySQL, PHP, Apache, Varn / NGINX varnish, WhiteHat security scan, Git; follow the incident, change and problem management procedures using the Cherwell Service Management System; and participate in team meetings and huddles. Skills Required:
The Website UI/UX Designer/Developer (WordPress) will possess knowledge and experience with WordPress website design, development, and implementation; various coding languages, frameworks, operating systems, and platforms including PHP, NodeJS, React, JavaScript, CSS, CLI, BASH scripting, GitHub, Linux, Windows, WP Engine (WPE); Open-Source Content Management System (CMS); technology and methodology of API; WordPress; document search tools such as Elastic or Algolia; and Documentum. They will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; ability to collaborate with different level of team members; strong organization and time management; oral and written communication skills in English; ability to provide feedback and receive critique from design team members and customers; and practice DevOps and agile methodologies.
Experience Required:

About the Role
