Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing a great in-store shopping experience for our retail customers while assisting with additional tasks such as stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all our associates and customers.
Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Education: High School or Equivalent
Years of Experience: 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours

Responsibilities
The Site Producer is responsible for providing a seamless customer experience on our product pages, highlighting all relevant information through product photography, copy, activation and attribution. The Site Producer understands key merchandising strategies and the brand voice to propel express.com forward through thoughtfully curated category pages, utilizing outfit-building tools, pinning/sorting techniques, and matching sets functionality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ownership of all products going live on express.com and the app in a quick, accurate and efficient manner.
* Write compelling product copy for all products on express.com, effectively capturing the brand voice and bringing product to life through engaging descriptions and details.
* Oversee the sample-to-site process, which includes weekly sample management in office, collaboration with the photo studio, product attribution, activation, category ownership and placement.

The Sample Library Coordinator is responsible for managing all daily functions of the sample library to support Merchandising, and Cross-Function departmental requests. This role ensures accurate intake, organization, tracking, and distribution of product samples, while maintaining detailed records and providing timely support to internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and process incoming Floorset POs
Create and log new samples into the sample library database, filing by department and style number.
Maintain organized sample bins, library shelves, and desk locations.
Monitor and fulfill sample requests from, merchant teams, and other stakeholders.
Deliver samples, hangers, racks, and related materials to designated locations.
Scan and consume case labels for samples picked up, ensuring accurate tracking.
Use systems such as RMS and Excel to input and track sample data (e.g., PO, style, color, quantity).
Update the sample library database with brand samples, floorset information, and SKU details.
Create non-merchandise cases and maintain accurate country-of-origin and quantity records.
Perform regular inventory checks and update sample locations.
Locate and lock cases as needed to ensure security and accuracy.
Support Value-Added Services by delivering samples, hang tags, or other items for processing.
Create and ticket tags for merchant samples using RMS data.
Ensure correct department, spec number, style, and color details are included on tags.
Send and manage email requests for sample processing (e.g., GOH sample requests).
Collaborate with leads and other departments to fulfill urgent or specialized requests.
Prepare detailed spreadsheets and reports for sample requests, including delivery times and locations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Financial Analyst II is responsible for conducting and documenting complex financial analysis projects. Developing financial models, preparing detailed reports and providing strategic insights to management. Responsible for reporting financial results relating to sales, margin/inventory, expenses, cash flow or capital spend and related specifics as well as forecasting those implications to the total financial forecast. Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly business reporting needs. Leads in preparation of seasonal budgets, long range planning and weekly forecasting process. Typically reports to a Finance Manager. May provide functional advice or training to less experienced analysts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Weekly P&L forecasting including Risk / Opportunity assessment
Leverage diverse sources of data, advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, Access and PowerPoint
Ensure the achievement of profit objectives and analyze business issues and opportunities
Play a key role in developing and maintaining annual budgets, long range plan and monthly financial forecast
Research and explain sizeable month-end variances versus financial plans
Identify business functional drivers and develop methodologies to support in-depth analysis and decision making
Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic insight to cross-functional teams
Works closely with the accounting team to assist with the coordination and supervision of all period closing activities, presentation of monthly financial reporting and all aspects of General Ledger
Annual / Seasonal Budget / Long Range Planning co-ordination and collaboration with cross functional partners
Ad hoc analytics /miscellaneous reporting - long term/short term special projects for leadership
Partner with business partners to ensure accurate and timely project reporting
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree (finance, accounting, engineering, economics majors preferred)
Advanced degree, CPA or MBA a plus
Experience:
7+ years of financial analysis experience
Prior retail finance / accounting experience a plus
Experience in financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statements) modeling and analysis
Previous leadership experience a plus
