The Sales Associate is responsible for providing a great in-store shopping experience for our retail customers while assisting with additional tasks such as stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, etc. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers. Send and manage email requests for sample processing (e.g., GOH sample requests). Collaborate with leads and other departments to fulfill urgent or specialized requests. Prepare detailed spreadsheets and reports for sample requests, including delivery times and locations. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 0-3 years of work experience Education: High school diploma, bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with systems such as Microsoft and Google suite of products.
