Job Description
At Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, we are actively seeking top level, hands-on management candidates with a desire to grow into key leadership roles. As a Manager in Training, candidates will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning all aspects of the Store and the Company. Our Management Training Program offers significant management and sales experience coupled with the opportunity to work for the pre-eminent automotive maintenance provider leading our industry through excellence, innovation, and growth. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company
* Responsible for ensuring the customers are greeted courteously and receive a high level of customer service

* Consulting customers on their service needs and keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
* Providing the customer with a positive experience
* Ensuring our company's high level of expectations are met, maintained, and exceeded
* Involvement in every aspect of the store operation
* Communicating accurately to teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet our standards and those of our customers

Qualifications

You'll work with dealership leaders to design and deliver training sessions tailored to their operations and goals. Complete training and certification in the Fixed Ops (Parts/Service) domain to deliver expert instruction on Cox Automotive's Xtime and Dealertrack products.
Deliver engaging product training that drives product adoption and enhances dealership operations.
Deliver on-site and virtual training to drive product adoption and business impact.
Collaborate with dealership leaders to develop tailored training plans, assess software/hardware readiness and recommend solutions.
Build and maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on automotive trends to deliver high-impact, relevant training and consulting.
Troubleshoot client challenges and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth product implementation.
Foster strong business relationships through effective communication of training progress, project status and client needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in corporate training, operations, or quality assurance-preferably in the automotive, logistics, or retail industry.
Strong understanding of internal control processes and performance standards in Inventory, HR, Admin, and Sales functions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve processes through training and quality assurance practices.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed (up to 50%).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multi-location operations or retail distribution environments.
Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, or other regulatory compliance standards.
