Strong Principles

If you are thinking about a career with ES, it is definitely a good idea to familiarize yourself with the company's guiding principles. All day-to-day actions are aligned with them and ES considers these principles essential to the work they do. Those principles are:

  • We care deeply about our customers, patients, and co-workers

  • We partner, collaborate and keep our promises
  • The biggest thing about these principles is that they all start with 'We.' Everything that is done at ES is about the team and not the individual. They celebrate wins together and they all take responsibility when something is awry.

I worked for five years at a third-party call center and by the end of it, I was diagnosed with depression and generalized anxiety disorder. I would honestly rather have worked for a phone sex line than take the calls I took.

That's awful I'm sorry to hear that. Did the company have any counseling while you were employed? Could they be held liable for psychological damage due to the job?
