Overall Purpose of the Job
Expro supplies personnel and equipment for oil and gas drilling, production, pipeline, and plant applications such as Flare Rental, Pipeline Decommissioning and Re commissioning, and ignitor service, to its' customers. Overall Purpose of the Job

Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time PE (Project Engineer) to work in our Houston location. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Project Engineer will perform the duties described in the below and will be considered an Exempt employee. The ideal candidate will have excellent math skills, applied creativity, mechanical skills, problem-solving, skills, team-oriented, customer service driven, and attention to detail. This candidate should also have
experience in a project-related industry.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
Ten (10) years of experience in a project-related industry preferred
Prior water/wastewater infrastructure project experience preferred.
Job Description:
Review and understand customer technical specifications relating to Water treatment plant.
Should be fluent in Korean language
Provide general project management support to the project manager and the team.
Should have knowledge about pumps, tanks, pressure vessels, piping, valves, instruments,
Monitor compliance with applicable codes, standards, practices, and specifications.
Prepare the necessary proposal documents / project documents.
Facilitate timely engineering reviews of vendor quotes.
Review vendor quotes and purchase requisitions for compliance to project specifications.
Periodic vendor visits to monitor the progress
Create and maintain Project Master document list
Co-ordinate the internal Engineering activities within different offices of Aquatech and with external engineering agency and Site Contractors
Coordinate engineering responses to RFI from subcontractor
Coordinate initial document submissions, address customer comments, timely resubmission of revised documents, and closure to achieve approved status.
Co-ordinate collection of necessary inputs to 3D model and resolution of issue tags.
Follow up on Project action items to ensure timely closure.
Attend and distribute minutes for internal and customer meetings as required.
Create and distribute monthly Project Team updates.
Provide status, control, and progress reporting support services on projects. Prepare project schedules in MS Projects or Primavera P6 per project requirement
Verify the project progress & prepare the monthly progress report
Support correspondence with customers via the Project Manager.
Travel to visit vendors, job sites, or attend meetings with customer as and when required.
Compile the RFB for EPC Contractors
Compile the proposal / project documents required for client submission.
Work autonomously without constant guidance.
30% of Travel (International and Domestic) will be required

Experience in using estimating software like RS Means, Sage (formerly Timberline) is an advantage

Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Document Control Administrator to work in our Houston, TX office. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Document Control Admin will perform the duties described in the below and will be considered a Non-Exempt employee. Must be proficient in computer software and can learn additional specific software.

Job Description:
Compile and maintain control records and related files to release drawings and other operating departments to manufacturing, subcontractors, and other operating departments.
Examine documents, such as drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
Confer with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and ensure good-quality documents.
Post changes to computerized or manual control records, release documents, and notify affected departments.
Maintains related files.
May prepare requests for the reproduction of documents
May operate reproduction equipment
Maintain accurate databases and execute all transactions, recording the origination and life cycle history of all numbered documentation using the company data control applications.
Set up and maintain projects' master document registers on prescribed software
Manage and record the throughput of project documentation from internal departments, clients, and suppliers
Organize documentation for hard copies / CDs etc.
Take responsibility for the Project document archiving processes
Perform clerical work; screen mail and compose correspondence based on general instructions, as needed
