What You'll Do Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services. Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in excellent working condition. Handle community repairs, such as fixing roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision. Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care. A valid driver's license in your state of residence. Flexibility to handle on-call assignments when needed. What you'll do… We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with experience in low-voltage and 3-phase power systems, generator maintenance, and field-based troubleshooting. Overall Purpose of the Job Work under general supervision within a Workshop environment carrying out maintenance, diagnoses and repairs to a range of equipment. Undertake the preparation of equipment to Company standards in a safe manner for use within an operational environment. Key Activities and Accountabilities 1. Undertake under Supervision the preventative and predictive maintenance and also the diagnoses and repair of equipment in line with work plans up to the required Company quality and certification standards 2. Assist with the rigging up, building and rigging down of equipment as required 3. May be required to drive a forklift to undertake the movement, loading and unloading of equipment provided current driving qualification held 4. Update job packs and return to the foreman/supervisor at the end of each work period 7. Actively participate in morning meetings to discuss safety, maintenance status/tasks, mobilisation/demobilisation updates etc 9. They regulate the air pressure in control valves or devices at specified flow rates. The technician also has to report any hazardous work situation, such as faulty meters or systemic failures. Valve technicians will be responsible for connecting regulators to test stands and adjusting screws until the gauges indicate inlet/outlet pressure in compliance with established standards.
