Cons of working at ExteNet Systems

Everthing, Horrible HR SVP, leadership have no respect for dedicated employees, the one who understands and actually works. SVP of HR is one who think very highly of him with no respect for rest of employees and is buddy with SVP legal so no one say anything to him.

How would you improve ExteNet Systems's culture?

CEO need to use some common sense in understanding his employees and not be intimidated by some who reports to him. Get rid of couple and make company culture better.

What brings you the most joy at ExteNet Systems?

My time with Extenet was to only focus on company success and do what I do best to ensure we keep on moving forward. Couple of leadership SVP HR and SVP operations was always condescending and think they are better than rest. I was hired because I am best in what I do and be always respectful to rest of employees but not them.
