- Understand the business requirements and develop training material for Project Management Solutions using Primavera suite of applications.
- Onboarding and training the new team members added to the organization.
- Internal training and mentoring the other team members on the project management skill sets.
- Training and provide ongoing support for users.
- Assess the project performance against the key performance indicators.
- Assess the impact of multiple vendors performance on the overall project performance.
- Ensure that relevant stakeholders have access to the required applications.
- Continuous check-in with all users, collective feedback and identification of areas of improvement which can be incorporated.
- Write resource management processes, training and software administration curriculum and manuals for Oracle EPPM to include Primavera, Unifier and potential other software modules.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, MSIT or a related field preferred; Or equivalent years of work experience.
- 10+ or more years of experience managing multiple simultaneous engagements in a fast paced environment.
- 5+ years of direct client interaction and instructional delivery.
- Schedule management using Primavera P6, MS Project, or a similar software system.
- Provide on demand reports using Excel or similar software system.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Expert in software implementation and support processes.
- Proven track record in consulting and training in consultative services.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Team player with strong organizational skills including the ability to build effective relationships.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to multitask in a rapidly changing, fast-paced workplace.
- Proficient with desktop productivity tools.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8 years or more of proven data management experience in Primavera P6, Unifier, or similar Enterprise Project Management software.
- 3 years minimum of experience in a professional instructor or responsible for training in Software.
- Software expertise in Primavera P6 and working knowledge in Primavera Unifier, Primavera Contract Management, MS Project, Excel or SAP.
- An understanding of construction management, project controls processes and construction phases of project control management desired.
- Strong understanding of systems and data with above average analytical skills to view different dimensions of project data.
- PMI Certification preferred.
- Software experience/exposure to Accounting, ERP, EVM, Contract Manager, SAP and other similar software highly desirable.
- Start up Curriculum development.
- PMP certification.
