Ellen R. Alemany is chairwoman and chief executive officer of CIT Group and chairwoman and CEO of CIT Bank, N.A., the company’s bank subsidiary. She was named CEO in April 2016, became chairwoman in May 2016 and is leading CIT’s evolution as a leading national bank that empowers businesses and personal savers. Alemany formerly headed The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Americas, the management structure that oversees RBS' businesses in the Americas. She also served as chairman and CEO for RBS Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Prior to RBS, she served as CEO for Global Transaction Services at Citigroup. Alemany held a number of senior positions during her tenure at Citigroup, including executive vice president for Commercial Business and president and CEO of CitiCapital. She also held a number of executive positions in Citigroup's Global Corporate Bank, including customer group executive of North American markets, global industry head of Media and Communications, U.S. industry head of Consumer Products, and customer group executive for the Global Relationship Bank in Europe, based in London. Alemany received her MBA in finance from Fordham University. She serves on the boards of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., The Center for Discovery, Operation HOPE and the Partnership for New York City. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City and the Board of Trustees for The Conference Board.

Tom O'Hern is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Macerich. Mr. O'Hern's overall responsibilities include accounting, financial and tax reporting, investor relations, raising capital through debt and equity markets and information technology systems. Prior to joining Macerich, Mr. O'Hern was the Chief Financial Officer at various real estate development companies. Mr. O'Hern was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1978 through 1984. Mr. O'Hern is a member of the board of directors, the audit committee chairman, a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee and was formerly a member of the compensation committee of Douglas Emmett, Inc. a public real estate investment trust, and is a board member of several other non-profit philanthropic and academic organizations.

Cafaro, born December 15, 1957 is an American business executive, who is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Ventas, Inc.(NYSE:VTR), an S&P 500 healthcare real estate investment trust (REIT) with enterprise value of $37 billion that owns approximately 1200 healthcare properties located through the U.S., Canada and the UK. Cafaro joined Ventas in 1999 as CEO and President when the company’s market cap was about $200 million and was in dire financial shape. She has been widely credited with the Company’s turnaround and its subsequent success.

Robert S. Taubman (born December 27, 1953) is an American businessman. He serves as the current chairman, president and chief executive officer of Taubman Centers.

Conor C. Flynn has been the CEO of the Company since January 2016. Mr. Flynn is also a voting member of the Company’s Investment Committee which approves all new investments, development projects and property dispositions. Mr. Flynn joined the Company in 2003 as an asset manager and has held a variety of senior leadership roles with the organization including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Investment Officer and President, Western Region. Ted Lynch As Southland's CEO, is responsible for effectively and efficiently leading the company's divisions using the strategic visions he has worked to put in place with Southland's Board of Directors, while also developing Southland's growth strategies. Dr. Lynch received a bachelor's degree and doctoral degree in architectural engineering from Penn State University. As a co-founder of the Partnership for Achieving Construction Excellence (PACE), he remains highly involved with the industry-university alliance focused on education, research and interaction. In 2012, he was named Penn State University's Outstanding Engineering Alumnus, and currently serves on the school's Industrial and Professional Advisory Council (IPAC). He is also a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), where he has served on the Education and Research Committee, and the Washington Building Congress (WBC). Dr. Lynch has been a member of Southland's Board of Directors since 2006.

Tim is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior to being named CEO effective January 2012, Tim served as President since February 2005, where he was responsible for the performance and coordination of various activities including Development, Redevelopment, Construction, Acquisitions, Dispositions, Asset Management, and Property Operations. Prior to becoming President, Tim served in a variety of capacities with the company, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Regional Vice-President of Development and Acquisitions. Tim has been with the company or its predecessors since 1989. Tim is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), where he serves on the Board of Governors, the Real Estate Round Table, the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), where he serves on the Executive Committee, and the Multifamily Product Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Tim received his MBA from Harvard Business School and earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, where he graduated with High Distinction and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
