What You'll Be Doing:
Under the supervision of a Facilities Director (or above), this is a fully-qualified position and is independently responsible for all maintenance-related matters for properties within the assigned portfolio. The incumbent plays a critical role in directing and coordinating regional property management and field personnel to effectively implement and execute policies, procedures, and programs that ensure optimal maintenance and performance of properties. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Develops and prepares the budget for the Scheduled Maintenance plan for assigned portfolio to ensure cost effectiveness.\

What You'll Be Doing:
Under the supervision of a Facilities Director, the candidate will be responsible for all maintenance-related matters for properties within the assigned portfolio. The incumbent plays a critical role in directing and coordinating regional property management and field personnel to effectively implement and execute policies, procedures, and programs that ensure optimal maintenance and performance of properties. Property Managers are responsible for:
Property Managers may be required to drive to multiple properties and perform bank cash deposits.

Your Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
* Ensure our highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance (e.g., sweeping, mopping, grounds maintenance, etc.) of the site, including the office, and the interior and exteriors of the storage building and surrounding areas.
* Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks.
* Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and proper site usage
* Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, follow up on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits.
* Protect our strong company culture by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all Extra Space employees.

Your Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer-facing work experience .
* Sales experience preferred.
* Current valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle; except in New York City and Brooklyn.
* High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
* Perform indoor and outdoor job responsibilities ranging from sedentary desk work to physical job duties with varying physical demands and exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
