What You'll Do * Arrive early, ready to energize the room - organized, prepared, and confident in your routine and playlist. * Welcome and connect with members, ensuring every participant feels seen, supported, and empowered. * Lead fun, challenging, and safe group workouts with passion and professionalism. * Deliver safe, effective, and inspiring classes with exceptional form, energy, and enthusiasm. * Keep the studio space clean, organized, and inviting. * Step in to support teammates, special events, and community activities that bring our club to life. * Be an ambassador for our club - spreading good vibes, motivating members, and building a loyal following. Requirements What You Bring * Current and active group fitness certification (AFAA, ACE, Les Mills, Zumba, AEA, or equivalent). * Proven experience teaching group exercise in a luxury or professional fitness environment. * Excellent communication and customer service skills - you know how to connect and motivate! * The ability to demonstrate and perform exercises safely. * Availability to teach a variety of formats, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Minimum age: 18 years old.
