This role drives pipeline generation, accelerates sales cycles, and plays a major role in growing revenue. As a member of the Global Demand Generation team, in this role you will evolve the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact field marketing customer acquisition and expansion programs - virtual and in-person field events, targeted demand generation and account-based campaigns, and integrated full funnel marketing channel initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in field marketing, cross-functional collaboration, maximizing ROI, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the US Field and Growth Marketing Director in this role you will work collaboratively on the regional direct/channel strategy and execution as well as support related growth marketing initiatives for the Americas region. Key Responsibilities· Strategic Ownership: Define and execute the field marketing strategy for your specific segment(s) aligned with corporate objectives, marketing goals, and sales targets. Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategy and tactics.
