The Opportunity
This position is ideal for a former management consultant with deep experience in sales effectiveness, revenue transformation, and operating model design, who is ready to operate as a hands-on owner in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Sales Effectiveness, Strategy & Program Leadership
Act as an extension of the VP of Sales Operations, partnering closely on the design and execution of sales improvement programs.
Lead strategic Sales Operations initiatives that support revenue growth, GTM execution, and a scalable sales operating model.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in an analytical field such as Economics, Statistics, or Finance
3-5 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar strategy / analytics / operations roles

The Opportunity
The Customer Success Team Lead supports the VP of Customer Success in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth across XR's enterprise and recurring revenue clients. The Opportunity
The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis will oversee the global Corporate FP&A function and will play a critical role in leading the FP&A organization to continue to be a business partner and provide thought leadership across the Company. The Opportunity

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consultant role.
Prior experience supporting complex software sales cycles in the ad tech, martech, content management, or broadcast space.
Deep understanding of the overall digital advertising ecosystem, particularly CTV.
Deep expertise on Digital Ad Serving tech stack such as GCM, Innovid, Flashtalking, VAST tags, DSPs (TTD, Amazon, DV360, etc.), SSPs.

The Opportunity
The VP, Strategic Growth Sales serves as the senior commercial lead for a defined portfolio of high-value accounts (Segment A). These accounts represent XR's most strategic customers and the largest opportunity for revenue expansion. The role is responsible for overall account strategy, revenue retention, and growth. This includes developing strong executive relationships, driving whitespace penetration, coordinating internal teams, and delivering meaningful business impact.
Job Responsibilities:
Own a portfolio of 5-15 strategic accounts, each with significant expansion opportunity.
Lead customer strategy, including annual and quarterly account planning, expansion roadmaps, and QBRs.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across client stakeholders (e.g., CMO, Marketing Ops, CFO, Head of Media, Procurement).
Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Operations to drive coordinated account execution.

Experience working with Fortune 500 brands or multinational organizations.

Familiarity with Salesforce and other Sales and Marketing tech stack tools.
Willingness to travel for key client meetings and events (up to 50%).
