There were times that simple solutions to concerns were overanalyzed and slow to be addressed.
My favorite thing about the company was its people. It didn't matter which departments you were collaborating with, everyone always took a positive approach to the task at hand.
Toxic place to work. Not because it's cutthroat for performance, but because people are not collaborative and work in silos. Money is good.
There is no incentive to collaborate. People hang out for years to get their pension and do the bare minimum. There is no flexibility.
