That because of the size of the company I knew all the employees.
It's too small, with not much room to grow.
Health insurance, retirement, and life insurance provided by the company.
I like the pay and the vacation benefits. I also get paid fairly well to be in the profession compared to our competitors.
The customers sometimes can be a hassle. They are very entitled and do not like being told no and do not listen very well.
