We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high-volume, single-specialty outpatient surgery center. In this role, you will play an integral part in providing safe, efficient, and patient-centered care throughout the surgical experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in Pre-Operative, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), or Operating Room (OR) settings, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a desire to grow in a surgical environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare patients for surgery, including assessments, IV starts, and pre-op teaching Provide post-operative recovery care and monitor for complications Circulate and/or scrub during surgical procedures (if experienced) Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Deliver outstanding patient service with professionalism and empathy We value exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset.
