What do you like best about F & B MFG's CEO and the leadership team?
Some of them are well seasoned while others are lacking in their roles.
How would you improve F & B MFG's culture?
I would fire some in management that get nothing done and their departments suffer in production or quality, because of the lack of ownership. I found that some male managers were only wanting to be surrounded by females as subordinates and treated other male colleagues as threats rather than a colleague. The work culture was grotesque and in need of revaluation starting from QA management. It had a trickle down affect onto production.

Be presentable and knowledgeable. And ready to not step on any egos.
