The Position
Digital Enterprise Executive
The Digital Enterprise Executive plays a lead role in the development and execution of digital sales strategies, ensuring Roche is well-positioned for strong customer partnerships and experiences. This role requires a strategic approach to customer relationship management, with a focus on C-Suite executives, to expand Roche's market share and business portfolio. The position requires an in-depth understanding of regional and national market dynamics, industry trends, and Roche's comprehensive product portfolio to deliver superior value-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level IHN assigned customers to drive growth, profitability, and predictability.
* Lead the development, composition, and execution of digital sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Who you are:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 7+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience

* Ability to navigate a heavily matrixed organization and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

The opportunity:
* Supports manufacturing, pilot and development activities from a mechanical perspective. Accomplishes this by building and/or modifying manufacturing equipment and components or modifying manufacturing equipment and components of manufacturing equipment and by providing input into machine design and build by outside vendors.
* Tool and Die Maker will utilize precision measurement and machining techniques to ensure the final product is defect free.
* Analyze specifications, layout metal stock, set and operate machine tools, fit and assemble parts to make and repair machine components.
* Setup and operate conventional and CNC machines such as lathes, mills and grinders to cut, bore, grind or otherwise fabricate parts to the prescribed dimensions and tolerances.
* Use of precision measuring devices such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers and dial indicators to verify dimensions, alignments and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications.
* Build and/or modify machines and fabricate machine components, working from mechanical prints, sketches and verbal instructions of engineers, scientists and Maintenance Specialists.
* Perform maintenance and repairs (emergency and routine) on manufacturing equipment and manufacturing support equipment.
* Assist in the installation of new equipment, relocation of existing equipment, and removal of obsolete equipment in the manufacturing and manufacturing support areas.
* Inspection of incoming spare parts that are deemed critical by engineering to ensure they meet print specifications.
* Orders raw materials, tooling, spare parts, etc. required to keep the machine shop at peak efficiency.
* Includes scheduling and coordinating assignments and projects among fellow Tool & Die Makers.
Who you are:
Minimum Requirements:
* Successful completion of Tool and Die Maker apprenticeship, including classroom and hands-on training.
* Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Google, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
* Proven ability to multitask.
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with Precision Maintenance practices
* Journeyman tool and die maker skills, with 10 years' experience after apprentice training.

The Position
Roche Diagnostics Corporation seeks an Implementation Specialist at its Indianapolis, IN location.
Duties: Provide advanced technical recommendations to support clients' installations of Roche's medical diagnostics system throughout the product lifecycle. Perform project management and technical support for remote- and onsite installations, configurations, testing, troubleshooting and repairs for Roche's complex Diagnostics IT product solutions at customer sites. The Opportunity
You will attend, support and/or plan team meetings and workshops to build and maintain an understanding of ongoing activities and projects.

**The Position**
**The Opportunity:**
As a **Maintenance Specialist** , you will perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. You will dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. You'll use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. You will rebuild manufacturing equipment as required. Your duties are generally routine, but may include non-routine tasks. You will resolve most questions and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher levels. You will apply basic skills and may develop advanced skills appropriate for the position. Your duties and tasks are standardized. You will work under direct supervision and follow standard procedures to accomplish tasks.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
