Votre mission s'inscrit autour de trois axes principaux : * Le support opérationnel d'un portefeuille de projets en lien avec les parties prenantes (internes/externes), * Le pilotage des outils et de leur utilisation dans une logique de transformation/amélioration des opérations, * La coordination du Comité d'Approbation Médical (CAM) qui évalue la crédibilité scientifique et la faisabilité des projets Avec votre binôme avec qui vous partagez le portefeuille de projets, vous êtes un pilier de la vie d'équipe, notamment pour gérer l'onboarding de nouveaux collaborateurs, l'organisation d'évènements, de réunions ou de communications. Vous assurez le suivi des budgets de l'équipe. Responsabilités principales Facilitateur opérationnel et référent outil/contrat de l'équipe : * Gestion des outils de pilotage des projets de l'unité (RWE/RWD, AP/AC, IIS), des outils de classement documentaire, de l'outil de gestion des contrats et de l'outil de suivi des publications * Assure la formation aux outils et à leur mise à jour * Support rédactionnel des contrats notamment des contrats avec les experts scientifiques et soumission au Conseil National de l'Ordre des Médecins et à la plateforme Éthique des Professionnels de Santé Point de contact privilégié au sein de l'unité : * Collaboration avec le Global concernant les outils de pilotage * En lien avec la Pharmacovigilance pour coordonner l'alimentation des Rapports périodiques d'évaluation du bénéfice/risque (PBRERs) * En lien avec les Affaires Pharmaceutiques et Qualité pour gérer les communications relatives à la safety (BI, RCP, DIL ...) dans le cadre des IIS et AP/AC * Point de contact administratif des experts scientifiques externes Animation de la vie d'équipe : * Contribuer au rayonnement des activités du centre des données médicales en interne * Organiser les réunions de l'unité (comités scientifiques, réunions d'équipe, etc.) * Produire des communications internes autour des sujets de l'unité (newsletters, gestion événementielle) Contribution à l'évolution des méthodes de travail et à la transformation de l'unité : * Identification d'optimisations dans les processus et interfaces de travail * Création/mise à jour de procédures si nécessaire Votre profil Formation supérieure scientifique. Expérience de 3 ans minimum dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou dans une structure académique de recherche clinique en gestion de projets de données de vie réelle et/ou AP/AC et/ou études interventionnelles Expérience en recherche/développement clinique sur les aspects opérationnels de coordination des études Connaissance du référentiel ISPE-GPP/GCP, standards qualité des études non interventionnelles, réglementation AP/AC, IIS, directives et réglementations locales et internationales ; ainsi que des règles de compliance (notamment celles relatives aux interactions avec les HCP) Vous possédez un excellent sens de l'organisation, de la rigueur, de grandes capacités relationnelles et un sens aigu de la communication Capacité à communiquer clairement en anglais écrit et oral dans un environnement international Vous maîtriser les outils bureautiques ainsi qu'une connaissance des pratiques en terme de sécurité informatique Vous avez une capacité à travailler dans un environnement adoptant une organisation auto-organisée promouvant la responsabilisation de ses collaborateurs Vous appréciez de travailler en transverse sur de multiples projets Vous savez anticiper, proposer des approches et des solutions innovantes mais pragmatiques Qui sommes-nous ?
