Job Details We are looking for a Reporting System Solution Architect to design, develop and implement Business Intelligence systems solutions involving data warehousing, data engineering and reporting platform that will meet business analytical needs and to support business growth with AI features. The Solution Architect's responsibilities include analyzing requirements and functional specifications, working closely with the BI Team Lead and developers, as well as utilizing Tableau Cloud, SFDC, Oracle Fusion ERP Analytics, Oracle ADW, SFDC Data Cloud, AWS, various Datawarehouses, ETL, and Visualization tools to design efficient and executable solutions. The solution should provide roadmaps for the organization to transform from current reporting systems to future state system architecture. The solution should also consider data sources coming from multiple transactional systems within multi-cloud environment while utilizing latest AI technology. This person should also be able to regularly update the Business and IT Leadership team as well as business counterparts on reporting development progress and deliverables. To be successful as a solution architect, this person should be able to integrate any updated specifications and requirements into the systems requirements and clearly articulate to the developers as well as manage expectations from the business users. An outstanding solution architect should be able to explain complex problems to management in layman's terms. Solution Architect Responsibilities: Building a reporting and data warehousing strategy for all related information systems to meet the company's needs. Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical team to design a road map that leads to future state architecture, which includes solutions for interim transition period. Work closely with business users to turn business requirements into technical SPEC. Communicate effectively with development teams including data integration and report development. Continually researching current and emerging technologies (focus on AI features) and proposing changes where needed. Manage stakeholders' expectation Assessing the business impact for prioritization Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets. Solution Architect Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, data science Artificial Intelligence or related field. Finance education/work experience strongly preferred Proven experience in reporting, data warehousing and AI feature development. At least 2 previous project and 6 years of experience involving Tableau Cloud, SFDC Data Cloud design experience Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle ADW/FAW, BI Publisher a strong plus. Tableau Cloud data flow integration implementation experience would be strongly preferred. Efficient communication skills with strong organizational and leadership skills. EEO Policy Statement Pay Transparency: The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role. POSITION SCOPE The Clinical Solutions Manager (CSM) role will bridge the gap between the clinical and business aspects of UCC. They are responsible for ensuring that BD solutions are introduced and understood by key stakeholders throughout a health system by communicating end-to-end connected solutions, enhanced compliance, standardization, workflow efficiency, clinical effectiveness, expanded data insights and economic efficiencies in the high acuity population ranging from neonate to adults. The CSM will be an integral team member and change agent to deliver the clinical value wedge for the holistic UCC product portfolio. The CSM will serve as a clinical leader across UCC to support the development, growth, and achievement of clinical support roles while meeting business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Foster a continually evolving partnership between multiple hospital departments, C-Suite, UCC National Accounts, and Regional Sales leaders from Acute Care and TTM businesses. Maintain knowledge and expertise as a TTM and Acute Care solution expert, i.e., products (Artic Sun, Arctic Gel Pads, Sensica, BBS, SureStep products, Foley Alternatives, etc.) and BD clinical value wedge (Analytics Portal, EMR interoperability, BD Acute Academy, Clinical Connect Program, Virtual Reality, etc.) Leverage TTM Solution and Zero-In Lifecycle Assessment data to lead and partner in change management activities associated with process improvement recommendations from data insights gained. Effectively deliver presentations and reports to various audiences: Nursing Leadership, C-Suite, Department Directors, Medical Directors, and Supply Chain. Collaborates with the Regional Sales team during quarterly Territory Business Planning and WIN Room Discussions to discuss facilitating strategy for current and competitive Key Accounts. Network and participate in local, state, and national associations, i.e., AHA, SCCM, NANN, AAP, APIC, AACN, and WOCN. Interact with customer committees as requested (i.e., product, safety, infection control, policy committees, code blue, critical care, emergency medicine, and BioMed.) Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience and demonstrated consistent success in process improvement, best practices, and change management within the MedTech industry, clinical, sales, and/or marketing experience in MedTech. Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree, degree level qualification, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Travel time: Up to 75% per week, including overnight travel. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of Healthcare and Life Sciences industry trends, the neonatal, pediatric, and neuro care setting, competitive threats, and opportunities. Ability to work in a cross-functional/matrixial environment. Value co-creation and joint solution development in B2B business. Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred. Proven analytical skills, which include problem-solving, qualitative reasoning, and hypothetical-driven consulting approaches. Ability to Navigate the C-Suite with the aid of the UCC National Accounts and the Strategic Customer Group during customer engagements.
